     Prices for UK (excluding Channel Islands) and EEC countries include VAT. If you are a VAT registered company/organisation in the EEC ( excluding United Kingdom ), your company/organisation may be exempt from British VAT. We may deduct VAT amount from the listed prices for you, if you can supply us your company/organisation's VAT number.

      Prices for USA, Non-EEC countries and Channel Island do not include VAT because VAT is exempt.

 2) What currency prices are quoted?
      All prices are in British pound sterling (GBP). For other currencies, you may check  Exchange Rates here.

 3) Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
     Yes.

 4) Do prices include Packing and Postage?
     No. Packing and Postage (P&P) charges vary as follow.
           For United Kingdom (main land)
                 P&P costs GBP 3.575 for an order upto GBP 60.00
                 P&P costs GBP 5.75 for an order of GBP 60.01 - 120.00
                 P&P costs GBP 8.75 for an order of over GBP 120.00

           For United Kingdom (Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)
                 P&P costs GBP 3.75 for an order upto GBP 60.00
                 P&P costs GBP 5.75 for an order of GBP 60.01 - 120.00
                 P&P costs GBP 15.00 for an order of over GBP 120.00

           For Western European ( excluding Scandinavian )
                 For an order upto GBP 120.00, P&P costs 18% of your total order.
                 For an order over GBP 120.00, P&P costs 15% of your total order.
                 Plus 15% extra on purchase value of Wooden tags & Bamboo tags
                 ( Teak tags and Bamboo tags are heavy and bulky that they attract extra costs by the carrier )
                 Minimum P&P cost is GBP 5.00, and maximum P&P cost is GBP 32.00

           For Eastern European and Scandinavian
                 For an order upto GBP 120.00, P&P costs 20% of your total order.
                 For an order over GBP 120.00, P&P costs 18% of your total order.
                 Plus 10% extra on purchase value of Wooden tags & Bamboo tags
                 ( Teak tags and Bamboo tags are heavy and bulky that they attract extra costs by the carrier )
                 Minimum P&P cost is GBP 5.00, and maximum P&P cost is GBP 45.00

           For USA & Canada
                 For an order upto GBP 120.00, P&P costs 22% of your total order.
                 For an order upto GBP 240.00, P&P costs 20% of your total order.
                 For an order over GBP 240.00, P&P costs 18% of your total order.
                 Plus 15% extra on purchase value of Wooden tags & Bamboo tags

           For the Rest Of World
                 For an order upto GBP 120.00, P&P costs 25% of your total order.
                 For an order upto GBP 240.00, P&P costs 22% of your total order.
                 For an order over GBP 240.00, P&P costs 20% of your total order.

                 ( Teak tags and Bamboo tags are heavy and bulky that they attract extra costs by the carrier )
                 Minimum P&P cost is GBP 5.50

 5) How do I know if stock is available?
     If items are out of stock, they are clearly marked "Out of Stock" on the relevant product page on this website; otherwise stock is available.

 6) What is the lead time after I place an order?
     Usually, if stock is available it will take about a week for delivery within the UK and 10-14 days for overseas delivery.

 7) Where can I view the products?
    You are welcome to visit our premise. Please find address at the bottom of this page. We are located in the north of London, between Bishops Stortford (M11,  junction 8) and Harlow (M11, junction 7). We are located in the south of Much Hadham, between Much Hadham and Widford.

    From M11 junction 8, follow Bishops Stortford then Much Hadham. You will pass the Jolly Waggoner pub on your left. Turn left at the first junction after the pub into Bourne Lane. We are located 600 yards from that junction on the right.

    From M11 junction 7, follow A414 through Harlow towards Hertford. After leaving Harlow for a while, turn right into The Hadhams as guided by signpost. Stay on this road until you reach T junction (Hunsdon) then turn right. Stay on this road until you reach a curved T junction (Widford) then turn right. Stay on this road for about a half a mile then turn right into Bourne Lane. ( If you see the Jolly Waggoner pub on your right, you go too far and have to make a u-turn ) We are located 600 yards from that junction on the right.

     If you come from a long distance, please telephone to make an appointment, as we are sometimes closed. We try to be open from 9 to 5, Mondays - Fridays. Weekends and Bank holidays by appointment.
